Horsynergy is a philosophy that promotes balance, integration, and encourages a collaboration between horses and humans that empowers both. The Celtic five fold symbol incorporated in the brand represents the balance found in nature and the importance of unity and inter-connectedness. Horsynergy is a holistic program that combines psychology, bodywork, functional movement, and training to create results that are greater than the sum of their parts.

My name is Lauren and I’m a trainer with a vision to see functional movement become the foundation for every discipline. Passionate about restoring balance, I help horses reconnect with their bodies, ensuring they can enjoy their work and thrive in a collaborative partnership. My personal training style is influenced by mentors with backgrounds in classical dressage, vaquero style horsemanship and liberty training.
I believe in an integrated approach to horsemanship, where the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the horse is valued. BTMM (a revolutionary system designed to help horses achieve optimum balance and strength) is a cornerstone of my program, used for both rehabilitation and preventative care. I also hold certifications in multiple therapeutic modalities.
My goal is long-term soundness and longevity for horses, which is why I work closely with other equine professionals to address nutrition, dentistry, hoof balance, and saddle fit—creating a full wellness team tailored to each horse. These elements work together synergistically to provide the horses with a solid foundation that will serve them for a lifetime.
Horses are athletes deserving of the same resources and recovery strategies as humans. I believe in empowering horse owners through education, so they can address issues at the root instead of merely masking symptoms. I guide clients to better understand their horses' needs and how meeting those needs ultimately leads to success in their equine partnerships.
