Helping Horses Find Their Way Back to Balance
I help horses and their people uncover the root causes of training, movement, and wellness challenges through an integrative approach that combines training, functional movement, nervous system support, bodywork, nutrition, and owner education.
My Philosophy
Most training problems don't start in training.
Behavior is only one piece of the puzzle.
Pain, posture, movement, nervous system function, nutrition, hoof balance, and the horse's environment all influence how they learn, perform, and interact with the world.
That's why I don't separate training from the body the horse lives in.
At Horsynergy, every horse is viewed as a whole system because lasting change happens when those systems begin working together.
Develop
Develop softness, confidence, and clear communication through thoughtful, horse-centered training.
Restore
Improve posture, movement, and comfort through functional movement and bodywork.
Balance
Address nutrition, mineral balance, and management factors that influence the horse's ability to heal, recover, and perform.
Why Horsynergy?
Everything is Connected
Horsynergy is built on the belief that horses cannot be understood by looking at training, nutrition, movement, bodywork, or management in isolation.
Every system influences the next.
When they work together in harmony, horses move better, learn better, recover better, and thrive.
That's the meaning behind Horsynergy.
Meet Lauren
I'm Lauren.
Trainer first. Student always.
As I worked with more horses, I kept encountering challenges that didn't seem purely behavioral. The more questions I asked, the more I realized I needed to understand the horse beyond training alone.
That curiosity led me into anatomy, functional movement, bodywork, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and stress physiology. Today, I bring those elements together, not because they're trendy, but because each one helps explain another piece of the horse in front of me.
Every discipline I study helps me answer one question:
"What is this horse trying to communicate?"
Services
Every horse has a story.
Every behavior has a reason.
Sometimes what looks like a training problem is really a movement problem.
Sometimes what looks like a nutrition problem is really a nervous system problem.
Sometimes the answer isn't found by looking harder at the symptom, but by understanding how the whole horse is working together.
I help horse owners interpret patterns and understand what their horse's body has been trying to communicate all along.
